Tridacna Maxima 
Tridacna Maxima: very small in spite of its name, has features similar to t. squamous already in my possession but for the very small amount I have placed in the middle rock. Beautiful purple cloak bluish mottling with dark, it was revealed for the first 3 days particularly reluctant to open up completely, either to the comings and goings of fish disturb the absorption of light, both from normal acclimation to have it placed at the beginning on the sandy bottom. Perhaps it was the presence of sand to create initial problems anchoring byssus to glass because of the fund, opening the valve, they were to deposit the grains in his own coat, little nuisance. Now, finally fixed on the rock, it seems like the location and extroversion is satisfactory.
